Limited Warranty

We offers a 90 day limited warranty on the frame and on the finish of all cast aluminum furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship ;
Warranty is non transferrable and is void if products are used in any non residential settings.
This warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the damaged part/hardware.
If it is deemed that damaged item ( which is part of the set) ; and needs to be replaced under warranty, only damaged item will be replaced;
Warranty repair will be assessed on site and is only valid with an original receipt.
Some of the furniture requires assembly and will need special care when handling.
Please inspect and understand the hardware before starting assembly .
Valid part and/or hardware claims must be made PRIOR to assembly.
Damages resulting from assembly errors and/or mishandling of parts, most notably scratches, are not covered by warranty.
Exclusions: Warranty does not include nor cover non-residential use, normal fading and discoloration, normal wear and tear, scratches, chips, misuse, abuse, neglect, the use of improper cleaning products, use of sun-tan oils or other chemicals, vandalism, damages due to improper assembly, acts of nature such as wind, freezing, Hailstorm etc. and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship. Warranty also does not include delivery, pick up or home inspection.
If you think you have a warranty claim , please get hold of your receipt and send us an email @ outdoor@patiosense.ca ; please include following details in your email ; how and when the damage was caused/observed ; photos of the damage. We will get back to you within 48 hours, with the next steps, which may include a site visit to assess the damage. In case the damage reported is not assessed as a warranty claim, a site visit fee of $ 150.00 plus HST will be charged.
If a warranty claim is assessed as valid, we will provide you with replacement of the damaged item, which will be similar to the damaged item; and will be shipped / delivered to you .
